Our products reflect the scent of the sea, the mountains and the maquis and will allow you to discover the true Corsican flavours: (organic) jams, terrines, cooked dishes, chutneys, nougats, desserts and gift packs.

CORSICA GASTRONOMIA, a small business founded by Charles Antona in 1991, is the undisputed specialist of Corsican foodstuffs and the leader on the local market. Certified by the EU (N° 2A.271.005 CE), it favours innovation as a means of development. The obtaining of the ISO 22000 standard guarantees the implantation of a management system for food safety. Sure of the quality of its products, which are elaborated without addition of colouring preservatives or artificial flavours, it is the guardian of a recognized know-how, legacy of centuries of cooking traditions.

We develop our specialties through 3 brands: CHARLES ANTONA, the founder of the company - MINNA, for our organic range - CASA NAPOLEON, the delicatessen range and the image of our shops.
